Montague Armstrong report from Venice from the artist-led satellite
project EMPIREII on the fringe of the Biennale. EMPIREII is a series of
films on the Age of Anxiety curated by Vanya Balogh. Empire II screens will confront us with ideas on climate change, politics of
attrition, immigration, narcissism, sex, despair, loss of identity,
addiction, violence, false economics, digital rape, cyber crime, space
travel, pollution, death, consumerism and changing theoretical science
(what is coming?).
